HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR WRITING.

In my opinion, nowadays most of our student’s examination results are getting worse and worst. Many of them have a very clear way or clear goal to achieve. The student’s talents are divided into 3 groups that are excellent, average and poor.
First group is an excellent students group. In this group, student’s results are always above 3.4. Their goal setting also very good and achievable goals. They are also good in time management. They know how to use their time wisely. In their study habit, they will study every day even they were very busy with their routine work. Their spoken English also very good. These kinds of student use right grammar and correct pronunciation. They often speak English even inside and outside of the classroom. They also enjoy writing and their written English also good and excellent.
The second group of student is average level students. In this group, these students CGPA will be between 3.4 and 2.7. This kind of student’s goal setting is an average. It is understandable. Their time management also in average level. These students sometimes will fail to manage their time. Their study habit also quite bad because they will study last minute. These will cause them to forget what they have studied before. They only speak English inside of the classroom. They can write in English but someone needs to force them.
The last group is the poor standard student. Their results always low than 2.7. Their goal setting and time management also very bad. Their study habit also same as the average students but this kind of students always fail to manage their time, their spoken English also bad. They never speak because they are too shy. They also hate to write in English.
Last but not least, all the students must know their level and try harder to achieve their goal like the other students.

how to be a good listener

A true friend is is someone who is willing to listen. If you take time to listen to your friends, you will boild a strong relationships. How you can be a good listener? First of all, you must listen with not only your ears but also with your heart and eyes. Our tone of voice makes up 35 percent from the conversation. Listen because you truly care them. Don't pretend to care because your friend will know about it.
